  Met with Melissa Meyer.....good initial service but dropped the ball when submitting tax return to IRS...despite the fact requested and left voided check for direct deposit of refund, never requested same when taxes sent to IRS or state. Delayed my refund by 2 weeks. Melissa not responsive when left phone messages or sent emails. Won't be going back there next year!

Melissa Meyer is extremely knowledgable, always up to date with tax codes and knows how to get the most money back on our returns. Her staff is also professional, responsive and detailed. Dane Holdings has always prepared and filed our returns in a timely manor, and they charge a very reasonable fee for such great service. Also, she has always given us valuable advice that goes above and beyond yearly tax preparation. I highly recommend their services.
